I had a mixed experience at Hudson Central Park. The location near Central Park was fantastic, making it easy to explore the city. however, the rooms were quite small and cramped. I also found the service lacking, particularly with the absence of basic amenities like breakfast and a functioning bar.
Rooms

The rooms were small and cramped. the bathroom was especially tiny, making it hard to even shut the door properly. The only downside was the dim lighting and smell of smoke lingering throughout the hotel.
Service

I faced issues with service. it seemed like the staff weren't very interested in resolving guest problems. Additionally, I had to wait a long time just to check in, which was frustrating.
Location

The location is one of the best features. it's conveniently close to Central Park and Times Square, which made it easy for me to walk around the city without being overwhelmed by noise.
Dining

I was disappointed by the dining options. there wasn't any breakfast or coffee available on-site, which I found inconvenient. The bar only opened after 5 PM, further limiting options during the day.

6.0/10
My stay at Hudson Central Park had its highs and lows. The location is fantastic, right near Central Park and Times Square. However, the room was quite small and I faced some frustrating issues with the lift during my visit. Overall, it felt more like a budget option rather than a true boutique experience.
Rooms
5.0
I found the rooms to be exceptionally tight on space, making it challenging to live out of my suitcase. Even though they were clean, I expected a bit more room to move around comfortably.
Service
5.0
Although the staff at reception made an effort, I noticed that the check-in line wrapped around the lobby. This lack of engagement was disappointing, especially early in my visit.
Location
8.0
The hotel's proximity to Central Park and other attractions was a major plus. I loved being so close to the city’s highlights, which made my stay much more enjoyable.
Dining

Breakfast was decent but didn't quite live up to my expectations. The offerings felt limited for the price, especially for a complimentary option that turned out to cost $20.
Facilities

The hotel did offer some basic amenities such as dry cleaning and valeting. but they felt a bit underwhelming compared to what one might consider a 4-star experience.

I just wrapped up a four-night stay at Hudson Central Park and, while the location was fantastic, the overall experience left much to be desired. The tiny room was a letdown, feeling cramped and basic without many amenities. I appreciated the friendly staff, but the cleanliness issues, especially in the bathroom, were disappointing. Overall, I'd say there are better options available for a similar price in New York City.
Rooms
6.0
The room was incredibly small, just wider than a double bed. I struggled with the lack of storage space, which made living out of a suitcase a hassle. The bathroom left a bit to be desired in terms of cleanliness, which added to my frustration.
Service
5.0
The staff were generally friendly, which was a positive note. However, I felt there could have been more warmth and attentiveness from the reception team. They didn’t address my concerns adequately, which was disappointing.
Location
8.0
The location is absolutely a standout. Close to Central Park and within walking distance to many attractions, shops, and restaurants. It’s hard to beat that, especially in a bustling city like New York.
Dining

I found the dining options a bit pricey and a bit limited within the hotel. We ended up exploring local spots for meals, which turned out well, but I was surprised by the lack of included breakfast.
Facilities
5.0
The hotel didn't offer much in terms of extras—no kettle or complimentary water, which I found surprising. The basic facilities were present, but nothing that stood out to enhance my stay.
